We aim to provide a high quality service but should you feel we have not met your expectations please tell us about it and we will do our best to resolve the problem. In the first instance please raise a complaints ticket.

We aim to acknowledge complaints received by ticket within 48 hours and 3 working days for those received by post.
To provide the high level of customer service our clients expect we require initial notification of issues by support ticket, you will then be issued with a ticket number acknowledging receipt. We aim to respond and resolve issues within 48 hours of notification although in exceptional circumstances this may not possible (for instance if we are waiting on a third party), in which case updates will be made available as soon as possible.
